Chapter 413: Life And Its Surprises!
Chapter 413: Life And Its Surprises!
The waiter led us to the upper floor and pointed us each to the rooms, which were situated opposite each other. Before we entered, though, Sulin turned to me and spoke with that impassive look of hers.
"I think Cade and I should be in the same room."
Harter Hammerfeld turned and raised his brows.
"Wait, what? Why? How does that make any sense?"
Sulin nodded, and explained.
"You’re a young Lord, of the great Hammerfeld’s family, I think it is improper for you to stay with a woman much older than you and who has no family ties to you."
The Attendant glanced between me, Sulin and Harter Hammerfeld.
"Well, the young lady has a fair point."
"Who asked for your opinion?!"
The Attendant was taken aback, and quickly allowed himself an apologetic bow.
"Oh, I’m sorry if I overstepped."
He handed both keys to me and then walked away, leaving just us three in the hallway.
Now, this little guy was glaring at me with unhidden contempt.
’Boy, face the person that made the suggestion.’
Sulin turned to me and outstretched her palm. I gave her one key and she handed it to Harter Hammerfeld before turning back to me.
I studied her, and then the boy, hesitating a little before whispering.
"Are you sure this is a great idea? He wants to be with you so bad."
Sulin looked straight into my eyes and said:
"I have more important things to tend to than babysitting. Kindly open the door."
I studied the pitiful little boy one more time.
’I don’t think he’s exactly looking for a babysitter.’
I sighed and opened the door, disappearing from his view with Sulin and closing the door behind us.
Sulin, immediately we entered, began pulling her gown. She had no regard and it was almost as though she didn’t care if I was around.
I studied the room, whistling a particularly nice tune.
The entire place was neat and orderly, with a large bed in the center of the room, the dressing room took a space in the corner, caving in with doors that could roll out to reveal their embrace. And on the other side of the room was majorly a three-seat sofa and another door that most likely led to the bathroom.
And the color combination was beautiful; however, it wasn’t helping my situation. It was something of maroon, with a vast combination of the shades of red, the furniture was the color of wood but casting faint warmth into the room and opposite the bed, beneath the wall was a fireplace to get heated.
Sulin walked past me, she already had her gown off and didn’t seem to care about the fact that she was wearing panties and bra. From her shoulder all the way to her legs were covered in a strange black ink that barely left any space for her alabaster skin.
She shook her head and pulled out a tie, letting her black hair fall over her shoulders. Then she glanced back at me, piercing me with her crimson eyes.
"What is wrong?"
I took a moment, then slowly traced down her entire body with my eyes. Her slender back, that curved inwards towards the end, only to mercilessly carve out a wonderful behind, with cheeks that rippled with every slight movement from her.
"Uhm... nothing? You’re beautiful."
I said that and Sulin turned, raising her brow at me.
"I am?"
The atmosphere between us suddenly changed, actually, I wouldn’t say suddenly, because as sudden as it was it also seemed... slow... tensive and dangerous.
I answered her nonetheless.
"Of course, you are."
My eyes were fixed on hers, even as she took a slow step towards me, I never stepped back, but only met her eyes and kept watching her body language.
When she was so close to me, that her face was barely a foot away, she tilted her head adorably and asked:
"Do you know why I wanted to be with you, Cade?"
Looking down, at her, I kept an unsurprised expression.
"Forgive me, I was a little late to the party, but I’m putting it all together now."
She gently placed a finger on me.
"I think you’re still misunderstanding me though..."
My hand gently went out, and held her wrist.
"How so? Let me know."
I continued to trace my way to her palm, as she spoke.
"I am dangerous, Cade. I am very dangerous."
Usually, when a woman told you this, it always went two ways, based on a good number of hearsays, I would say, it was very important that one sobered up and ran the fuck away.
But I was not one.... I was Cade, fucking Marlowe.
"I guess we both have that in common... do you want to put it to test?"
Sulin looked at me, a small, viperous smile playing out on her lips.
"You... took the words out of my mouth."
She crawled her fingers into mine and held me tight. Then looking at me, like she wanted something... something naughty, she slowly brought my hand towards the top of her tattooed breasts.
And placed my hand gently on it.
My mountain responded with brutal efficiency.
It was like a dam was suddenly broken and something rushed through my entire lower body wanting to explode forth. But with enough conscious effort, I kept my overwhelming excitement in place and instead fixed her a warm smile.
Then I brought her even closer by wrapping my hands around her waist and pulling her.
’I certainly didn’t expect this!’
But I deserved it.
For a brief moment, only our eyes spoke. I stared deeply into her piercing crimson eyes. While she seemed to be studying my obsidian ones, waiting, her breath growing hot and steamy.
Then after our eyes were done talking, and agreeing, our heads moved and our mouths met each other.
It was a meeting of a strange, overwhelming avalanche of sultriness.
Something charged up instantly and what seemed slow and crawling, picked up with a frightening speed.
The first thing we broke was the stool behind us.
