The Hellenic University Press (HOUP) was founded in 2018 by the Hellenic Open University (HOU) in order to publish & promote books and reviews of scientific and academic interest of the highest possible quality in Greece. It functions as a financially independent, private, anonymous publishing company in which the HOU is the only shareholder.
Our publications aim to promote and disseminate modern scientific research and teaching and publish books of general interest relating the fields of science and technology, humanities and social sciences.
Our audience includes academics, researchers, students and individuals who are interested in contemporary reflections of scientific and social interest.
